Base Operations
The Winter4Kids Facilities Maintenance Person is responsible for conducting daily checks of all buildings. Candidate must have the experience & ability to do general construction work, including but not limited to painting, drywall, light carpentry, flooring, minor electrical and plumbing repairs. Perform routine maintenance of HVAC systems and water softener systems. Some landscaping around buildings, i.e. weed removal, mowing, raking and disposing of leaves and debris. Perform snow removal including shoveling, snow-blowing, salting, and sanding. HVAC experience a plus. Must be 21 years of age or older and have a current valid drivers license.

Academy
The Winter4Kids Academy Instructors are responsible for delivering our unique, experiential learning-based curriculum to guide school-aged children from discovery to self-mastery in skiing, snowboarding and cross-country skiing. They partner with the group leaders to assess the abilities of their group and develop a specific plan for the day. Instructors tailor the learning environment to the skills of each group by creating game stations that develop and advance these skills. Instructors lead the Academy group leaders and their kids in the games and activities associated with each game station. Must be 16 years of age or older.The Winter4Kids Group Leaders guide participants through their winter snowports experience, being a mentor and role model for groups of 12 school-age participants. Group Leaders facilitate the games and activities. They partner with instructors to assess the abilities of their group and implement a specific plan for the day. Must be 16 years of age or older.The Winter4Kids Equipment Technician is responsible for outfitting participants with equipment needed for their session. Candidate must be 16 years of age or older and be able to push lift or pull up to 50 lbs. Prior equipment technician experience preferred but not required. On-site training provided. -
Athletics
The Winter4Kids Athletics Race Coaches are responsible for delivering and creating a safe and fun training environment for our athletes. Ideal candidate will be a strong skier with the ability to demonstrate their skills and have knowledge of ski racing. Must be able to carry and ski with up to 50 lbs. Current US Ski and Snowboard membership required.The Winter4Kids Athletics Race Crew members are responsible for course setup, maintenance, and tear down. Must be a good skier and capable of carrying equipment and completing other tasks on the hill. Ideal candidate will have experience in ski racing or willingness to learn. -
Base Operations
The Winter4Kids Security staff patrols and secures the interior and exterior of the property and grounds at the center to ensure all guests and staff are safe and secure. Ideal candidate must be 21 years of age or older, possess a valid driver's license and security experience. SORA certification or law enforcement training a plus.The Winter4Kids Guest Relations staff duties include checking guests in and out of the Campus, addressing any inquiries or concerns from guests, assisting guests with parking and traffic flow. Supporting facilities when directed. Must be 16 years of age or older.The Winter4kids Hospitality staff are responsible for maintaining a safe and clean environment throughout the center. Responsibilities include but are not limited to; keeping driveways, stairs, decks, and walkways clean; snow and ice removal; trash removal; cleaning and maintaining of all indoor and outdoor areas including restrooms; restocking supplies and other janitorial duties as assigned. The facilities staff also assist with parking upon guest arrival. Must be 16 years of age or older.The Winter4kids Shuttle Drivers operate a 12 passenger sprinter to transport guests and employees around the center property as well as offsite parking areas, airports, and occasional remote destinations. Ideal candidates must possess a current CDL license with P and S endorsements. Must be 21 years of age or older. -
Food and Beverage
The Winter4Kids Kitchen Prep and Service staff are responsible for all food prep responsibilities which include following recipes, refilling stations, operating kitchen equipment, serving meals, and maintaining a clean work environment. Must be 16 years of age or older.The Winter4Kids Dishwashers are responsible for bussing tables, operating the dishwasher and maintaining a clean work environment. Must be 16 years of age or older.Winter4Kids is hiring a Cook for our cafeteria/commissary style environment. Ideal candidate is conscientious of nutritional content, is experienced in high volume food preparation to specified recipes and healthy alternative menu creations for large scale production. Must be a team player, able to work various stations including production, preparation, service and breakdown in a fast-paced environment interacting with your athletes. Must be 18 years of age or older. -
Ski Equipment Technician
The work of a ski equipment technician includes fitting participants with ski and snowboarding equipment and supplies, providing them with initial skiing and snowboarding information and guidance.

Snow Surface Preparation Manager
The Snow Surface Preparation Manager prepares the snowmaking, grooming, and operations plan. The manager will coordinate operations with the snowmakers and the grooming team. The ideal candidate will have an extensive equipment operation background and experience with diesel engine/hydraulic machines, as well as 3-5 years documented management, snowmaking, and grooming experience. -
Lift Mechanic
The role of a lift mechanic includes overseeing the maintenance of chair lifts, operating snowmaking equipment, confidently performing mechanical repairs, and providing a safe atmosphere for our guests to have a quality experience on the mountain.
